Road to Logie Farm through trees

    Directions to get here

The Snug is approximately 12 miles from Perth, 10 miles to Dundee, 18 miles to St Andrews, 9 miles to Falkland and 35 miles to Edinburgh.

From Perth or Edinburgh take Junction 9 off the M90 at Bridge of Earn and follow the A913 to Newburgh. Continue through the town centre before bearing left down Abbey Road just before the petrol station/ Buttercup cafe.

You will see Lindores Abbey Distillery ahead on your right-hand side. Continue past it on the unclassified barony road for approximately three miles. You will see Ballenbreich castle ruins on your left hand side, bordering the River Tay. Continue on as we are the next farm on the left. In front of you, you will see some trees and the farm steading on your left. Logie Law hillside will be on your right-hand side (and usually there will be sheep in grazing in the fields). You will see the sign for The Snug opposite the sign for Logie Farm. Turn right at the sign for The Snug and travel up the hill, taking care to remain in a low gear and stick to the road.

Follow the private roads through the woodland and follow the signs during your ascent. The road will take you to the Snug site.
