IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY

  1. The guest responsible for booking the accommodation must be over 18 years of age.
  2. In the unlikely event of cancellation of your booking by us, if we are unable to provide the booked holiday and have to cancel before the holiday is due to start – you are entitled to a full refund of the money you have paid or to choose alternative dates.
  3. Guests self-check-in at The Snug at Logie Farm. There’s a key safe at each pod and you’ll be sent the code a few days before arrival to let yourself in.
  4. Check-in is from 3pm. We politely ask that guests don’t arrive early in order that we have ample time to prepare for your arrival. We are unable to accept check-ins after 10pm and refunds will not be paid in this event.
  5. We strongly advise you to take out the appropriate travel insurance so you can have peace of mind that your costs will be covered, should you need to cancel your stay for any reason.
  6. Please note that there is one designated parking space directly next to your Pod. Please ensure you park in the designated parking that corresponds with your Pod.
  7. We will provide bed linen, towels, robes, complimentary handwash, shampoo and shower gel, TV, Nespresso pods, range of Teas and cows milk and bottled water.
  8. The Snug at Logie Farm Limited is situated in a rural hillside location. There are therefore areas of uneven ground, natural hazards, steps to and from the pods, unmade paths and limited lighting. Your pod is accessed from your car parking space by stairs down to your Pod and onto an area of decking. Please therefore take special care to avoid accidents. We strongly recommend that if you plan to venture out of your Pod in the hours of darkness you should bring a torch to assist you to try and prevent any accidents.
  9. The Snug at Logie Farm Limited is set on top of a hill. It is around 400 metres from the main road. The drive up the hill is steep and the road is unfenced when going through the woodland to and from the site. Please take extra care to drive in a low gear no more than 10pmh when travelling to and from the site. There are passing places every 150 metres to and from the main road. Please also be aware of the wildlife/ livestock and trees (fallen) when travelling to and from the site, especially in windy conditions.
  10. If you have vertigo or any other condition associated with a fear of heights a stay at The Snug at Logie Farm Limited may not be suitable for you. If you are thinking of booking but unsure if it will be suitable for your needs please contact us in advance of booking to discuss this.
